Cancellation Prior to Shipment  

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs earlier  
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by contacting our customer support team via email  
• Upon approval, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days  

Orders That Have Been Shipped  

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched  
• Customers may choose to return the product after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy  

Order Modifications  

• Changes to products or delivery addresses are not permitted after an order is placed  
• If modifications are required, eligible orders must be cancelled and a new order placed
